Tim Pilkington



Tim has completed a Master of Psychology (Counselling Psychology) with a thesis on the mental health benefits of physical activity and contact with the natural environment. 
Tim works with individuals and couples to build awareness and acceptance of life's challenges, stresses and crises.  

Tim offers a calm, non-judgmental and practical approach, using evidence-based strategies assisting people to move toward their desired goals and improve quality of life.  

Tim’s therapeutic style depends on what you present and how you like to work. It could include emotion focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, education about how the brain works and its relationship with our body, or relaxation strategies.
