Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

An EAP is designed to enhance the emotional and psychological wellbeing of an organisation's employees and their immediate family members.

The aim of an EAP is to provide preventative and proactive interventions for the early detection, identification and resolution of both work and personal problems that may adversely affect an employee's performance and wellbeing.

  • Reports of EAP service usage and trends to support management and organisational decision-making.

EAP Connection and Engagement

NewPsych provide a variety of resources and interventions to maximise awareness and engagement with the EAP among employees and their families.

Our promotional materials include posters, flyers, magnets, cards, and digital resources.

We also provide regular newsletter items and wellbeing content that organisations can share with their people.

NewPsych works with each business to identify patterns of engagement and program utilisation, and implement tailored strategies including onsite presentations, videos and webinars to support EAP awareness.
