Sascha completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at The University of Sydney. She started her career working in early intervention in the not-for-profit sector and has now been working in private practice for three years providing psychological assessment and intervention to children, adolescents and adults. Sascha is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology. Sascha is experienced helping people with a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, stress management, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, and behavioural problems.

Sascha has a special interest in using mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches to better equip people with skills to handle difficult or painful thoughts and feelings in such a way that they have less impact and influence, empowering people to lead more fulfilling lives.

Sascha believes in a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, focusing on the whole person not just their symptoms or diagnosis. Sascha incorporates evidence-based interventions most suited to clients' individual needs and personalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour (MiCBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

Outside of work, Sascha enjoys yoga, cooking for friends and camping.
