Sascha has over 7 years' experience practicing as a Psychologist across the lifespan in both private practice and in acute and complex community mental health settings. She recently completed further postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology.

Sascha is experienced in helping people with a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, phobias, interpersonal difficulties, stress management, adjustment difficulties, emotion dysregulation and low self-esteem.

Sascha has a special interest in using mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches. She aims to better equip people with the skills to handle difficult or painful thoughts and feelings in such a way that they have less impact and influence, empowering people to lead more fulfilling lives. She believes in an holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, focusing on the whole person, not just their symptoms or diagnosis. Sascha incorporates evidence-based interventions most suited to clients' individual needs and personalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour (MiCBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

Outside of work, Sascha enjoys spending time with friends and camping.
