Ryan has over 15 years of experience as a psychologist. He has worked as a support worker assisting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury or severe mental health diagnoses in developing daily living skills, and has also practiced as a psychologist in the Disability Sector and Corrective Services..

He has worked with clients across the lifespan dealing with anxiety, depression, anger and substance abuse. He has an interest in working with adolescents and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Conduct Disorder and Antisocial Personality Disorder.
Ryan enjoys working collaboratively with his clients and their supports to explore what style of intervention is best suited to them. He uses a Person-Centred approach and draws on strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Behavioural Support strategies, Motivational Interviewing and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, reading, attempting to cook new recipes and ice hockey
