Rebecca was awarded a University Medal for her undergraduate in psychology and completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Newcastle. She is currently completing her endorsement to become a clinical psychologist.
Rebecca uses a person-centred approach to counselling that is tailored to every client’s individual needs and story. She has experience providing evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In her spare time, she can be found spending as much time outdoors as possible, usually swimming or hiking. She also loves to read and bake sweet treats for her friends and family (especially her famous cookies!).
