Megan is a psychologist with over 15 years'  experience supporting people with a range of issues, including: problem gambling behaviour, stress, anxiety, depression, self-worth, grief and loss, parenting and addiction.

 

Megan is interested in the way in which thought patterns can either help or hinder your happiness and development. She is motivated to support you identify and work through any blocks that are getting in the way of you living a life that is rich and meaningful.

 

Megan provides a client-centred approach, and draws on Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques, to support you to explore issues and emotions within a safe and accepting space.

 

Megan is a mum to three energetic young boys, and loves relaxing and exploring with her friends and family.
