| ADULTS | ADOLESCENTS | COUPLES
Marina has over 10 years of experience as a psychologist and previously worked as a clinical university instructor, teaching students the art of therapy.

Having trained in Canada, Marina has worked with clients across a range of ages who are navigating significant life stages and transitions. She supports individuals who want to better understand and explore their patterns in relationships, whether with colleagues, family members, or romantic partners.

Marina also works with couples and uses the Gottman Method to help improve communication and strengthen connection. She has a particular interest in family counselling, supporting people to build stronger relationships and develop healthy, appropriate boundaries.

A favourite field of Marina's is working with youth who are wanting to learn how to cope with anxiety and stress of transitioning into new stages of growth and adulthood.
Marina's style is to really get to know you first and choose the best fit of therapeutic approach for your unique concerns. What you will always find in her sessions: deep listening and holding space … while having a sense of humour! Therapy doesn’t have to be stuffy, but it does need to fit you and where you’re at in that moment in time.
Marina has dedicated her life's work to promoting change through work in mental health. She lives by the motto of change can be scary but it is what propels us forward to a world of new possibilities.
