Kyla Brogmus

Psychologist

ADULTS | INDIGENOUS EXPERIENCE | 

Kyla is a registered psychologist with a range of experience in different settings, from schools and rehabilitation services, to public and private practice.  She offers a compassionate treatment style when supporting people facing various challenges and is skilled in a range of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. 

  

Kyla’s skills include working with people who present with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma related stress, relationship issues, personality disorders, adjustment difficulties, and chronic pain.  She values openness and curiosity when working to support people in developing a rich and meaningful life.

When not working, Kyla can be found either seeking an active adventure with family and friends or finding a quiet place to read and admire her surroundings.
