Karen is a provisional psychologist, currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of New England, and also holds a Master of Professional Psychology.

​Karen is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for her clients, helping them understand their challenges and guiding them towards transformational life changes.

 

Karen is passionate about helping individuals develop self-compassion and build resilience in the face of distress and uncertainty. She enjoys navigating the complexities of working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and is committed to enhancing her therapeutic skills in supporting people with physical disabilities, including adjustment disorder, mood disorders, chronic pain, pain catastrophisation, and insomnia. Karen is also focused on working with individuals dealing with trauma, particularly acute stress disorders.
