Jonny O'Connor
Psychologist

Throughout his career Jonny has assisted individuals of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions. He possesses 9 years of experience as a support worker; assisting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health challenges.
 

Jonny utilises a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). He takes pleasure in facilitating mindfulness, relaxation, emotional regulation, and cognitive defusion strategies.
 

Jonny is committed to fostering connections with individuals and aiding them in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotional awareness. He strongly believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and actively spends his leisure time in nature.
