INDIGENOUS EXPERIENCE |

Grace is a warm, empathetic, and experienced Registered Psychologist. She is interested in all areas of psychology, and finds it particularly rewarding working with mood and anxiety concerns, work related injuries or incidents, interpersonal concerns, and parenting support.

Grace is also extremely passionate about all things neurodivergent. Having ADHD herself, she is an ally to the neurodivergent community, respecting everyone's journey and supporting clients in reaching their own goals in a way that understands the unique way their brain works.

Grace draws on a range of evidenced-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Trauma Interventions, and Emotion Coaching.

Grace enjoys listening to podcasts, playing with her two rescue cats and spending time with her friends and family.
