Emma is a registered psychologist who has a range of experience working with adolescents and adults in both workplace rehabilitation and clinical settings. She is passionate about mental health and helping individuals live more fulfilling lives and grow in the face of their challenges.

  

Emma likes to create a safe and warm space for her clients and is highly committed to providing holistic care and tailoring therapy to the individual needs of the person. She has experience providing evidence-based treatment including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement and Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Emma has experience working with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to injury or life change, relationship difficulties, and grief and loss.

Emma believes a good work-life balance is crucial to maintaining optimal wellbeing. Therefore, in her spare time, you will find her catching up with family and friends, listening to live music, walking at the beach, baking in her kitchen, or watching a good film.
