Savanti is a registered psychologist and has spent the past few years working closely with children and adolescents across primary schools, high schools, and not for profit organisations.  Savanti is skilled at helping people manage anxiety, depression, parental separation, attachment issues, confidence, and motivation.  The therapy Savanti offers is evidence based, though flexible enough to accommodate her client’s own areas of concern. Savanti uses interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and also relaxation and mindfulness.

Aside from her work at NewPsych, Savanti enjoys yoga, reading, exploring the NSW coast, and finding new and interesting places to eat with her friends and family.
