Sarita is currently undertaking her Masters in Clinical Psychology, and is now working in addition to her higher degree placements. She has experience working within both private practices, and also the community and hospital sector. Sarita is passionate about supporting individuals who experience anxiety, depression, adjustment, career stress, suicidality, and self-harm.
She utilises a person-centred approach to therapy, and tailors treatment to meet the individual needs of each client. Her treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). In her spare time, Sarita enjoys going to the beach, playing musical instruments, and spending time with friends, family, and her pets.
