Rebecca Fellowes

Rebecca enjoys working with adults and adolescents to address a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, burnout and life adjustment difficulties.

She believes in creating a warm and safe environment in which she and her clients can partner together to overcome adversity and reach their potential.

Rebecca uses a person-centred approach to counselling that is tailored to every client’s individual needs and story. She has experience providing evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
 

Rebecca completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Newcastle in 2023. She is currently completing her endorsement to become a clinical psychologist.
 

In her spare time Rebecca can be found spending as much time outdoors as possible, usually swimming or hiking. She also loves to read and bake sweet treats for her friends and family.
