Clinical Psychologist


Mel is a Clinical and Health Psychologist who has been working in mental health for over 10 years. Mel has worked in both inpatient and community mental health settings, with children, adolescents and adults. She is experienced in both individual and group therapy.

Mel specialises in a number of areas including anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. Mel is passionate about helping to empower people to overcome obstacles and work towards creating meaningful life changes. 

Mel is skilled in a variety of evidence-based therapy models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Mel believes in a person-centred approach and will help you by tailoring treatment models to your individual needs.

Mel is a wife and a mum of two young children and a Golden Retriever. She enjoys being active and spending quality time with family and friends.
