Meg Spry


Meg is passionate about helping people to find solutions to their problems on their own terms, and to live rich and meaningful lives. Her areas of skill include trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, social phobia, bipolar disorder, pain, self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, mindfulness, mediation, and relaxation training.


Meg draws on a range of psychological techniques in order to support clients to meet their goals including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Self-Compassion Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Meg is happily married with teenage children, and has a dog and two cats. She loves cooking and trying new things - especially things involving food.
