Martina has been working as a psychologist for three years and is skilled at supporting clients with anxiety, stress, emotion regulation, and relationship or attachment concerns. Martina is passionate about empowering clients to make meaningful changes in their lives, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which she has recently developed an interest in.
Martina’s work is guided by the values of authenticity, supportiveness, and respect. She is committed to bringing her genuine self into each session, creating a supportive and encouraging space for her clients. Above all, Martina values connection—being fully present and engaged with clients in each moment is essential for building a strong therapeutic alliance and fostering change.
In her personal life, Martina values creativity and exercise. She enjoys exploring different crafts and trying out new recipes. Strength training has become a particular passion for her, and exercise continues to play a key role in her life. Martina also enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family and friends.
