Leah is a registered psychologist who is passionate about working with adolescents, young adults and their families. Leah's areas of interest include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties as well as suicide and self-harm.
Leah believes in a person-centered approach and will work with you by tailoring evidence-based interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you build your version of a meaningful life.
Leah's other passions include spending time outdoors or settling in with crochet and wine for a Law and Order marathon.
