Kim is a warm and engaging Psychologist, who applies a client-centred, strength-based approach.
She uses age-appropriate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness and Play Therapy to assist children and families with a range of issues.
Kim's knowledge of attachment, emotional literacy, trauma, sensory processing and early intervention, amongst other theories, informs her work. She brings a collaborative approach with family, daycare, school and other treatment professionals.

Kim is a certified facilitator in a number of parenting programs. She is also a skilled assessor of learning and developmental strengths and challenges, assisting children and their parents with helpful recommendations (e.g for dyslexia, giftedness, ADHD, etc).

Kim is a Mum to a spritely, busy little boy and loves getting out in the sunshine with her family.
