Emma Parsons



Emma is passionate about helping people achieve their personal goals and improve their overall lives. Emma takes a compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centred approach to treatment and works with clients to achieve their therapy goals. She has experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, grief, stress, relationship issues, confidence, and self-esteem.


Emma believes in a personalised and holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, focusing on the whole person. Emma incorporates evidence-based interventions most suited to clients' individual needs including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Self-Compassion Therapy.  

Outside of work, Emma enjoys 4WDing, camping, reading, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
