Amanda is a Registered Psychologist with 12 years of experience. She is currently studying a Masters of Clinical Psychology. Amanda has worked in a range of settings, including inpatient hospital, rehabilitation, workplace and private practice settings. Amanda has experience working with clients from across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults.
Amanda is skilled in a variety of evidence-based therapy models such as Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitisation Therapy (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Amanda has experience working with a range of conditions, including trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD and pain-related issues.
Amanda takes a warm, non-judgmental and client-centred approach to treatment and works with you to help you to achieve your therapy goals.
