Aimee is a Registered Psychologist and holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. Since graduating in 2014, she has provided mental health services across a range of clinical and forensic settings.
Aimee works from a strength-based approach to support her clients make positive and meaningful change in their lives. She believes in the importance of delivering holistic and personalised therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual she meets.
Aimee’s therapy approach is caring, compassionate and honest. She works with a variety of evidenced-based treatment models, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Aimee has experience working with clients across a number of areas, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, stress, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), critical incident traumas, self-esteem, and emotional dysregulation. She accepts referrals for forensic-based psychological assessment and reports.
Aimee has a particular interest in working with first responders and emergency workers.

On weekends, Aimee enjoys spending time with her young family and beloved dogs, and drinking good coffee.
