Aimee is a registered Psychologist and hold a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. Since graduating in 2014, Aimee has provided mental health services across a range of clinical and forensic settings.


Aimee works from a strength-based approach to support the client to make positive and meaningful change. She believes in the importance of delivering holistic and personalised therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual she meets. Aimee’s therapy approach could be described as caring, compassionate and honest and she utilises a variety of highly evidenced-based treatment models such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT

Aimee has experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, stress, low confidence and self-esteem and emotional dysregulation. Aimee accepts referrals for forensic based psychological assessment and reports.

On weekends, Aimee enjoys spending time with her young family and beloved dogs, good coffee and reading autobiographies.
