"Everybody has a chapter they don’t read aloud.  Sometimes the quiet parts carry the most treasure".

Adriana has a keen interest in the relationship between the mind, brain, body, and environments, and how these processes impact well-being. She uses a range of evidence-based treatment models, drawing from principles of Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is currently also undertaking further post-registration studies towards Clinical Endorsement.

Between her studies and work, Adriana enjoys photography, portrait drawing, exploring beautiful beaches, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
